 Interval Between Adhaan and Iqamah 

"The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The Dua asked in the interval between the Adhaan and the Iqaamah is never rejected.” The Sahabah (radi Allahu anhum) asked: “O Prophet of Allah, what should we pray during this period?” The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) instructed: “Say this prayer, Allahumma inni as-alukal-afwa wal-aafiyata fid-dunya wal aakhira.”."
